International shipping usually takes around 2–3 weeks via Ukrposhta.

All returns must be sent within 12 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and labels.

Please email customer support to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending your item back.
